Plan To Eat Healthy

How do you go about having a healthy snack and a dinner at workplace? It takes some advance planning.

You might have to make preparations in the evening before you go to bed. At least that works for me. In the morning I’m so like a zombie before I get out of the door, so no cooking for me in the morning. I can put the food to the plastic dinner box and keep it in the fridge overnight. The snack (veggies like carrots) can go to Ziploc bag.  This way I’ll just take them with me to work. And you can make more at once, thus saving time.

All it takes is some planning. You might have to plan a few days beforehand, what kind of whole foods to pick up from the store on the way home, when to cook etc. But the rewards are good. You can have a healthy, tasty home-made meal at your workplace without resorting to fast food or high carb alternatives.
